TKR Management Ltd is fantastic! They are hard-working, trustworthy and communicate regularly. TKR Management manages the whole property extremely well from organising new tenants, collecting top-ups, arranging any maintenance, always sending statements and payments on time, and generally being on the front foot and treating the property like their own.

We, Frank & Sylvia, own an HMO in LLanelli and we live in the Netherlands. We have been renting out the HMO since mid 2019 we make use of the services of TKR Management. Because we live abroad , we need an agent who arranges everything for us with regards to the HMO and completely unburdens us. TKR Management fully meets our wishes, not only they have found tenants , they have also take care of any repairs and necessary maintenance, not to mention the monthly rental income. TKR Management also asks a very reasonable, competitive commission for their services. We can warmly recommend TKR Management as an agent for the management of you real estate.
